Architectural Feature at a stand up bar in a restaurant in Dallas, TX

We were commissioned to turn 80 solid maple, flame style architectural pieces for a restaurant in Dallas. Each turned piece was about three inches wide and 30 inches long and they had a flat side to them to lay flat on the bar's wall.
